I completely understand where you're coming from. Sometimes, when you force yourself to keep something up, it becomes more of a chore than a joy. It's so tricky because we want to push ourselves and not wait for inspiration...but sometimes...you need just to relax. Ah it's such a cycle.

Yes, TBD. I might just wait til' experiments present themself and go from there. Or I might use it for more of something like what you're doing... I have a million ideas for things and only so much energy at the end of a workweek to actually implement on my own stuff 😂

I have my own favorite every-morning tea, and still I love reading through your experiments. I hope that whichever road you choose with your experiements (continue, let go, simply space them out or redefine them), you'll continue to share your thoughts here. It's lovely to see how we're all doing our best to grow, to change, to simply live with curiosity.

Thank you for saying this!! I do think I want to keep SOMETHING going - I may just do it sporadically. When I look at my experiments list of what I really want to try, it's all (at the moment) things that are larger and take more preparation and effort. I think that's what's really going on here. I've loved the container for sharing life and growth. Thank you for reading, commenting and sharing your experiences too!

Not sure if this holds any interest for you, but what would it look like/feel like for you to share the whole process of an experiment for you — how you set it up, checking in along the way, and giving your concluding thoughts over time. I actually love seeing people's process for how they do things along the way.
